Community guidelines

The KGI community is where golfers share course reports, ask questions and plan rounds. A few rules keep it useful and safe for everyone.

1. Be respectful

Treat fellow golfers the way you'd want to be treated on the course. Personal attacks, harassment, and discriminatory language are removed, and repeat offenders lose posting access.

2. No spam or advertising

Don't post promotions, referral links, or repeated self-promotion. Posts that exist mainly to sell something will be hidden.

3. Keep contact details private

Please don't post phone numbers, email addresses, or messenger IDs (KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE and similar). We remove them automatically. After you join a slot, use KGI messaging to coordinate — that keeps everyone's contact details safe and keeps booking records on the platform.

4. No off-platform deals

Arranging payment or bookings outside KGI removes the protections you get here: verified rounds, deposits held in escrow, refunds when a round is cancelled, and support when something goes wrong. Posts that steer members off-platform will be removed.

5. Reporting a problem

Every post and comment has a Report button. Reports go straight to our moderation team — we review them daily and act on anything that breaks these guidelines. Your report is private.

6. Community reporting

Posts and comments go live immediately. If three different members report the same post or comment, it is hidden automatically until our team reviews it. Everyone gets up to 5 posts and 30 comments per day.
